The MEU600 series is a family of enclosed power supplies that are medically and ITE approved, and are designed to offer 600W continuous output power with a single output of either 24v or 48v and 5v standby voltage (coming with a universal input of 90-264 Vac) at efficiencies up to 91%. The power modules can operate in an operating temperature range of -40 to +70°C with a 5000M altitude operational ability, and an active power factor correction (PFC) is included to improve the power quality.
 
The medical & ITE power supplies are burn-in test conducted and offer class I operation, low leakage current, overload protection (OLP), overvoltage protection (OVP), over-temperature protection (OTP), short circuit protection (SCP), and 2 x MOPP (Means of Patient Protection) classification to ensure the safety of the patient, caregiver, and device in which the power supply is installed. The series owns comprehensive protection designs along with all-inclusive safety certifications and conforms to major international safety standards including IEC/ES/EN/CAN/CSA C22.2 60601-1, and IEC/UL/EN/CAN/CSA C22.2 62368-1. All modules are fully compliant with RoHS directive.
 
The MEU600 switching power supplies are designed for medical and ITE applications and are ideal for nucleic acid extractors, in vitro diagnostic devices (IVD), ultrasound systems, test & measurement equipment, telecommunication equipment, etc.
